A no-expense-spared setting, the contemporary yet traditional Itihaas dining room boats a 2-million-pound transformation. The decor is clean and crisp, with plate glass and slate-finished walls.
The dishes are crafted by award-winning chefs, and staff who hail from 5-star Indian hotel backgrounds. The menu will take you on a culinary journey through the North of India with a couple of stops through Kenya and vibrant Mumbai.
The smart and sophisticated interior at Itihaas is complimented by the 18th and 19th century Indian artefacts, including original paintings, carved stone elephants and 300 year old doors. The Maharajah Suite (80 seated, 100 standing) has clean and crisp décor and decorated with Indian treasures. Minimum spends for this room start at £25 per person.
Behind 300-year-old Indian wooden doors is the Tiffin Room (12 seated), complete with a bar, library and your very own dedicated butler. The minimum spend for this room as a whole is £600.
